Flow is a sports technology company founded by engineers and athletes James Morrison Stewart and Levi Liu. In 2019, they designed massagers to aid athletes in their post-workout recovery.

About the Project
Before our collaboration, the client was involved in taping and sports equipment. Their website was tailored to these areas and was underperforming. There was no marketing strategy in place. Promotion efforts were sporadic, including participation in marathons and local events.

Our team (Marat Aksanov, Andrei Kondratiev, and Ekaterina Kosova at Real Jets agency) conducted in-depth interviews and used the insights gathered to formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy, content approach, and created a compelling website.

Conclusion
We outlined two approaches for engaging with the target audience: a focus on quick sales and a focus on community building. Each approach is accompanied by a distinct roadmap involving advertising campaigns, persuasive landing pages, content marketing, and website enhancements.

The client received a ready-to-implement marketing strategy that takes into account the audience's needs and competitive landscape.
